Begin by navigating to the Media Settings window for the asset you want to download, by clicking the Media options icon next to the title, then click "Settings."
The ability for asset owners and Media Library admins to download their assets can be set at the institutional level. If downloading is turned on for your institution, follow this guide to download files.
You should see a "Download Media" link at the bottom of the window. Click the link.
On the Download window you'll be able to select which quality version of the asset to download. Click the desired version, and the asset will download to your computer or mobile device. The downloadable versions of the asset will vary depending on the original file uploaded into Warpwire.
When downloads are turned on, the download link will also appear in the Standalone Media View for those users with permission to download.

From the Media Info page you can also: Choose a Custom Thumbnail, Attach Closed Captions, Tagging, Transfer Ownership of a Media Asset, Analytics, Replace an Existing Asset, and Remove from Media Library.
